- Clothing items must be in season, great condition (no stains, missing buttons, pilling or holes)
- Freshly laundered, ironed or steamed and on hangers before arriving
- Any non-clothing items must be clean and disinfected. Please bring non-clothing items in a box or laundry basket.

- Must make an appointment (call us at 250-493-0021)
- Bring in up to 20 items per appointment
- We will choose and determine what items will sell in the store
- Prepare a receipt for your items. It's quick & easy!

- Examined & inventoried your items in our computer system
- E-mail you with a list of accepted items &/or notify you to pick up unaccepted items after second examination
- Display your items for 60 days

- View your items online, phone or email us to check your account
- After 60 days, any unsold & unclaimed items become store's property or often donated to charity or used for in-store promotional event or for store display.
- It is your responsibility to keep track of the expiry date of your items.

- Use your account credit against the purchase of new treasures in store
- OR pick up your earnings in cash (with photo ID). *We do not issue a cheque or do e-mail transfer
